Me explico, si por casualidad pierdes el acceso a la aplicación authenticator para introducir los códigos 2FA estás vendido (y nunca mejor dicho).
Si no recuerdas datos exactos de compra (fecha, monto total de lo que pagaste, servicios que compraste... ojo, todo esto tiene que ser exacto, no valen cifras aproximadas), no vas a recibir ayuda alguna y perderás el acceso a tu cuenta.
Me parece lamentable que la única solución que propongan sea esa en caso de perder los códigos del authenticator. En serio?, creen que guardamos en muchas ocasiones la factura de lo que pagamos en su momento y la fecha?. Por qué lo hacen tan difícil en vez de explorar unas posibles alternativas?.
Merecen cero estrellas, pero me temo que no puedo dar esa calificación. Por lo menos cancelaron mi renovación automática para no seguir pagando por un servicio que ya no puedo utilizar. Una auténtica vergüenza.

All of the subscription options required a year or more so were quite expensive, but since I could get a refund if I felt it was not worth it, I went ahead. Within 2 weeks I realized that I did not like the service maybe my own problem for how I set up the account, but it caused all kinds of problems with texts and email. So I cancelled. No problem there. Then to get a refund, you have to "request" it. I had to go through hoops to find out how to "request" the refund, and did that. I got a relatively quick reply asking for date I signed up, amount, receipt, etc. Provided all of that and they came back asking for a bank statement and my account number in email. At this point I have gone through so many hoops and certainly am not going to provide a device account number in email. So basically, this is give away all of your account information to a customer support person or no refund. I do not trust this company at all and will never use or recommend their products again. As a loyal Best Buy customer for over two decades, I am absolutely appalled by the quality control of this LG 75" 91A Series QNED evo AI Mini LED (2025 Model). After dealing with a failing 65" LG clearance model over the last two years (which required a full PCB replacement just to survive), I decided to buy a brand-new, current-generation model for $1,049.99 (Order #BBY01-807268832073) instead of an Open-Box unit.
A Best Buy representative specifically guided me toward this 2025 model over a cheaper 2026 variant, claiming the 2025 technology and Mini LED backlighting architecture were superior. After doing my due diligence online, I trusted that advice and ordered the TV with a delivery date of October 3, 2026.
The reality of unboxing this massive 75-inch unit was an absolute nightmare:
1. Physical Signs of Manufacturing Failure: Right out of the box, there was a visible, darker, dollar-coin-sized spot right in the middle of the back chassis. This heavily implies localized overheating during factory testing or a severely defective internal component backing right up against the plastic housing.
2. Immediate Screen Artifacts & Glitching: I chose to ignore the chassis defect hoping it was cosmetic, but upon powering it up, the display panel immediately failed. The screen exhibits aggressive, random pixel flickering across various zones of the display—distorting Ly similar to an unstable analog weather forecast signal.
3. Power Cycle Failure: I performed a standard hard reset—unplugging the unit, completely draining the residual power from the capacitors, and restarting it—but the logic board or internal timing controller (T-CON) is completely shot. The artifacting and flickering persist. It literally started exactly where my old, broken TV left off.
It is completely unacceptable for a brand-new $1,000+ Mini LED television to ship with these types of catastrophic hardware faults. Both LG and Best Buy should be deeply ashamed of their current business practices. Selling lower-quality hardware at inflated premium prices while aggressively shortening the return window makes it a complete trap for consumers.
Thankfully, I tested the unit before mounting it to the wall, or I would be even more furious. I had to argue with Best Buy to come to my home to pick up this massive defect, 75-inch panel back to the store since as standard consumers do not have vehicles equipped to haul it after a long debate, they agreed to pick it up.
Avoid this TV at all costs. LG's panel quality control has hit rock bottom, and Best Buy's reliance on short return windows leaves customers holding the bag for their defective inventory.

He knew he didn't connect the gas correctly and didn't have the right hardware or connector, and how can a person do that. He could have killed my family and myself.
