The room service staff repeatedly forgot to provide key amenities like water and robes, meaning we had to keep calling to ask for these to be delivered, presumably because they were angling for tips. One man even asked us for a tip immediately after we had already tipped 25%. Cleanliness was extraordinarily disappointing with large stains on the bedding and even black mould in our room.
