We are a high-growth DTC supplement brand looking for a Full-Time Retention & Lifecycle Manager to own our Email and SMS strategy. We don't use Shopify; we operate on CheckoutChamp, so we need someone comfortable with advanced integrations and custom architectures.
We are NOT looking for a freelancer for "one-off" campaigns. We are looking for a key team member who will take full responsibility for our retention ecosystem, from list growth to complex automation.
The Role & KPIs
Your success will be measured by clear, data-driven benchmarks:
Email/SMS Revenue: Target of 25-35% of total brand revenue.
Revenue Split: Maintain a 60/40 Flow vs. Campaign revenue split.
Repeat Purchase Rate: Aggressively increase LTV through strategic post-purchase cycles.
List Growth & Hygiene: Consistent list expansion and top-tier deliverability management.
Efficiency: High Revenue per Email Sent (RPE) through segmentation, not spam.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: You have managed Klaviyo for at least one brand doing $3M+/year.
Advanced Flows: Ability to build and optimize complex automation (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, VIP, and Cross-sell).
Direct Response Copy: You write copy that sells. We need direct response expertise, not "newsletter fluff."
Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma (or similar) to create high-converting, aesthetic email layouts.
Data-Obsessed: You A/B test everything (subject lines, send times, content, offers).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of deliverability (warming, authentication, list hygiene) and experience with CheckoutChamp or similar high-scale checkout platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $1,500 - $2,500 USD / month (Fixed).
Performance Bonus: 10-15% monthly bonus upon hitting specific KPI targets.
Role: Full-time position within a fast-paced, elite marketing team.
