3 | Orestes‘ suite was a cozy, very well located place in Queens, near so many restaurants, museums, cafés. The metro was just around the corner but we preferred to use the wonderful ferry, also very near to the house, for visiting Manhattan. Oh, don’t miss the Noguchi Museum and the MoMA PS1 if you stay there!<br/>The room is tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. <br/>Orestes welcomed us personally, which we liked very much. 4 | What a fabulous stay! Orestes' home is in an absolutely wonderful location... easily walkable to a subway station, Target, Trader Joe's, and a great 24 hour diner (Court Square). Orestes was a great host. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable in the area. 6 | Orestes is really one of a kind. When I say we felt right at home, I mean it. Bedroom was so comfy and so big but what really got us was the bathroom. Massive for NYC and the double headed shower was so great and useful. Not only is it a gorgeous home in a quaint neighborhood in Queens, but you are never more than a block away from any train line you need to take to get into any of the boroughs. You’re also a block away from Target and just a short walk away from Utopia Bagels! This will be the only place I stay at ever again when I visit NYC, truly a gem. 7 | Orestes place was perfect. Him and Chris were both friendly and welcoming and very helpful with check-in/check-out, recommendations, and transit tips. The subway is right around the corner and there is a 24 hour diner close by. <br/>The space is a good size. The bed and linens were so cozy they felt like my own. The space is also beautifully decorated with art everywhere. Everything you need is there in the room. <br/>The location cannot be beat if you are looking to be near Manhattan but away from the chaos. We already talked about staying here next time we visit NYC. Wenige Schritte zur subway und somit gleich in Manhattan, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, ebenso Restaurants. Konnte zu Fuss ( gute 15 Min. ) zu meiner Familie 74 - 48th ave laufen. Orestes ist immer ein liebenswerter Gastgeber und sehr hilfreich. 10 | this is the best place for NYC traveler ever 👍👍👍 me and my mom spent 6 nights in here, Mr.Orestes always took care of us and very speedly replied to my messages. He helped us a lot. Most important thing, the house and the room is super beautiful 😃 gentle kind sweet puppy Gus also greeted us.. missed her so much... And this place is really close to Manhattan.
