About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
Abuse Research Group (ARG) handles proactive threat hunting and adversary behavior analysis across Stripe products. Rather than reacting to alerts, the team maps end-to-end fraud and abuse paths, validates novel attack vectors, and identifies product conditions that enable fraud. Using agentic automated testing and simulation tools, ARG translates research into actionable threat advisories, strategic control recommendations, and regression scenarios to systematically eliminate vulnerabilities.
What you’ll do
As an Abuse Research Engineer in the Abuse Research Group, you will play a critical role in safeguarding Stripe’s financial ecosystem by proactively hunting for advanced threats, dissecting complex fraud vectors, and extracting actionable adversary intelligence. Rather than relying solely on reactive alerts, you will develop and execute hypothesis-driven threat hunting operations across internal telemetry and external sources to uncover fraudulent tools, tactics, and techniques (TTPs) before they impact Stripe’s platform. Central to this work is FT3 (Fraud Taxonomy 3.0), Stripe’s multi-layered taxonomy that decomposes monolithic fraud into structured kill chains. Collaborating cross-functionally with Fraud Ops, Strategy, Risk, Onboarding, and Security, you will integrate threat intelligence, build agentic simulation workflows, and systematically eliminate product vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities
- Proactive Threat Hunting & Kill Chain Analysis: Formulate hypotheses and conduct iterative threat hunting operations across Stripe systems and external data.
- FT3 Taxonomy: Apply and enrich the FT3 framework across empirical datasets and incidents, standardizing threat intelligence across kill chain phases and targeted API endpoints.
- Threat Intelligence & Signal Expansion: Partner with teams like Fraud Intelligence to integrate, curate, and automate threat feeds into engineering workflows.
- Cross-Functional Advisories & Strategic Controls: Translate raw research and retrospective findings into actionable threat advisories and control recommendations (policy, technical systems, support workflows, and detection mechanisms) for stakeholders across Fraud, Risk, Onboarding, and Security.
- Agentic Testing & Adversary Simulation: Utilize agentic automated testing frameworks to simulate adversary TTPs, validate whether deployed controls interrupt empirical kill chains, and generate regression scenarios to exercise controls.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of experience conducting threat intelligence, threat hunting, or technical incident response within cyber security, product abuse, or trust domains.
- 5+ years of experience analyzing large, complex datasets using data analytics tools to identify anomalies, map behavioral trends, and solve complex fraud problems.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Expert proficiency in Python and SQL, with demonstrated experience using code and scripting to automate workflows, build investigative tools, or query big data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience in log analysis (e.g., application logs, API route telemetry, network security events), digital forensics, and cyber investigation methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical research into clear, actionable recommendations and advisories for cross-functional partners.
Preferred qualifications
- Deep technical understanding of threat actor motivations, infrastructure, and TTPs specific to financial fraud (e.g., ATO, Card Testing, Credential Stuffing).
- Familiarity with standardized taxonomies such as FT3 or MITRE ATT&CK.
- Proficiency with engineering, data processing, and analysis platforms such as Databricks, Trino, PySpark, Pandas, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven background utilizing Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), tactical threat feeds, OSINT, and breach intelligence.
- Demonstrated capability building or leveraging agentic LLM tools, automated testing systems, or control validation frameworks to model adversary behavior at scale.
- Participation in industry conferences, webinars, or threat-sharing groups, alongside relevant professional certifications (e.g., GCTI, GCFA, OSCP). | |||

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of the Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and the integrations that power Lattice AI. This is the connective layer that lets customers use Lattice performance data inside the AI tools they already work in (Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Slack), and that brings third-party productivity data (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Linear, Zoom, Asana) into Lattice. As AI becomes the center of gravity for how companies work, this surface is how Lattice stays connected, interoperable, and indispensable. You’ll join a fully staffed engineering team ready to execute, and together you’ll make ecosystem interoperability a reason customers choose and stay with Lattice.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, shaping platform strategy, and working with great internal and external partners, you’ll love the impact you can have here. As a Lead Product Manager for MCP & AI Ecosystem, you will:
- Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy. Not only decide what features and integrations to pursue, but what MCP and AI mean to Lattice and our customers. Become a thought leader on how AI should shape HR for the better.
- Ship integrations that create leverage. Deliver new MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors that expand what admins, managers, and executives can do with Lattice data in the flow of work.
- Build durable foundations, like authentication, agentic execution frameworks, and evals that make future integrations faster, more scalable, and easier to adopt and maintain.
- Be a technical thought partner to Engineering. Help shape technical direction on MCP tool design and third party integration infrastructure, translating complex constraints into clear product decisions.
- Drive go-to-market with partners. Partner with Partnerships, Product Marketing, to launch integrations that deliver measurable customer and ecosystem impact.
- Own outcomes. Influence and own key results across integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.
What You Will Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a seasoned product manager with the technical depth and strategic instincts to shape Lattice’s next generation of integrations and APIs. You’ll be a great fit if you have a combination of:
- 6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of integrations, platform, or ecosystem surfaces (built end-to-end, not just configured).
- Direct experience building technical integrations in a multi-party ecosystem — for example ad technology / marketing technology, marketplaces, developer platforms, payments, data connectivity, or similar — where partnership strategy shaped what you built.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable with third-party integration patterns, data sync and field mapping, webhooks, and auth/OAuth; you can hold a credible architecture conversation with engineers and partner CTOs.
- A track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations in partnership with engineering, and of standing up partner or marketplace launches with go-to-market teams.
- Evidence of turning a platform or ecosystem into a competitive advantage — a reason customers chose your product, not just a checkbox.
- Clear, confident communication that brings internal teams and external partners into alignment.
- A bias for action and the ability to create structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving space.
Bonus:
- Exposure to AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling (helpful, not required).
- Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS, or with HR/people-data or other sensitive-data workflows.
If you have strong experience with integrations, APIs, or platform products, even if you don’t meet every preferred qualification, we encourage you to apply. We’re looking for strong product thinkers with deep technical fluency, not perfect resumes.
Location Requirement:
This role is open to candidates located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada. At this time, we are only able to hire employees residing in these provinces.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of Lattice Engagement and help define what great employee listening looks like in the years ahead.
Employee listening is a critical way HR leaders understand their organizations, build trust with employees, and turn feedback into action. As expectations for listening evolve, Lattice has an opportunity to make Engagement a more strategic, intelligent, and indispensable part of how companies lead.
You’ll create the long-term strategy for Lattice Engagement and lead the first major iteration of that strategy from discovery through launch. You’ll join a cross-functional team ready to execute, and together you’ll build products that give HR leaders a clearer understanding of their people—and the confidence to act on what they learn.
If you enjoy solving meaningful customer problems, developing a strong point of view, and turning strategy into high-impact products, you’ll love the impact you can have here. As a Lead Product Manager for Engagement, you will:
- Own the Engagement and employee-listening strategy. Define not only what we build next, but what the future of employee listening should mean for Lattice and the HR leaders we serve.
- Turn insight into action. Develop product experiences that help HR leaders gather meaningful feedback, understand what it reveals, and take action that improves the employee experience.
- Lead strategy. Drive discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and iteration for the products that bring this vision to life.
- Build a deep understanding of customers. Partner with Research to understand the needs, workflows, and most important decisions of HR leaders, and use those insights to guide the roadmap.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design. Translate customer problems and product strategy into clear, high-quality experiences that customers will want to use.
- Use data to sharpen decisions. Work with Data Science to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and continually improve the product.
- Drive go-to-market readiness. Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, launches, and customer communication.
- Own outcomes. Set and influence the key results that show Engagement is creating value for customers and for Lattice.
What You Will Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a product manager with the strategic instincts, customer empathy, and employee-listening expertise to shape the next generation of Lattice Engagement. You’ll be a great fit if you have a combination of:
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Direct experience with employee engagement, surveys, employee listening, feedback, research, or insight products.
- A clear and informed point of view on the future of employee listening, including how product innovation can help organizations better understand and respond to their people.
- A track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact product problems from strategy through execution and measurable customer outcomes.
- Deep customer empathy and an ability to understand the priorities and challenges of HR leaders.
- Strong product judgment: you can balance a compelling long-term vision with the practical decisions required to ship meaningful work now.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Product Marketing.
- A bias for action and the ability to create clarity and momentum in an evolving space.
Bonus:
- Experience building products for HR, people teams, or other complex organizational workflows.
- Experience with AI-enabled research, feedback, analytics, or insight products.
If you have strong experience in employee listening, survey products, or adjacent customer-insight domains—even if you do not meet every preferred qualification—we encourage you to apply. We’re looking for a strong product thinker with a meaningful perspective on the future of employee listening, not a perfect resume.
