# SEC Filings API

SEC filings with company, ticker, CIK, form type, filed date and period of report. Search by company.

**Pricing:** $0.002 per filing

**Endpoint:** `POST /v1/data/sec/filings/run`

**Auth:** `Authorization: Bearer mk_live_...`

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
|-----------|------|----------|-------------|
| `company` | string | Yes | Company. |
| `formTypes` | array | No | Which SEC forms to include. Pick one or more; any case works (10k, 10-K, sc13d). SC 13D and SC 13G also cover the newer SCHEDULE 13D/13G filings. Leave empty for all form types, amendments included. |
| `includeAmendments` | boolean | No | Also return amended filings (10-K/A, 8-K/A, 4/A and so on) for the picked form types. Off by default; has no effect when Form Types is empty, since that already returns every form. |
| `dateFrom` | date | No | Date From as a date (YYYY-MM-DD). |
| `dateTo` | date | No | Date To as a date (YYYY-MM-DD). |
| `maxResults` | integer | No | How many filings to return in total. Defaults to 100; use 0 for all. |

## Example

`?wait=true` holds the request open until the run finishes (up to 60s) and returns the rows inline: one request, no polling.

## Longer runs

If the run is still going at the 60s ceiling you get back `{ job_id, status: "running" }` instead of rows (same if the result is over 100 rows; those come back `truncated`). Poll with that `job_id`:
