# Redfin Rentals API

Redfin rental listings with monthly rent range, beds and baths ranges, square footage, available units and move-in dates. Search by city or ZIP code.

**Pricing:** $0.002 per listing

**Endpoint:** `POST /v1/data/redfin/rentals/run`

**Auth:** `Authorization: Bearer mk_live_...`

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
|-----------|------|----------|-------------|
| `location` | string | Yes | City, ZIP code or neighborhood to search, e.g. Denver, CO or 80211. |
| `priceMin` | integer | No | Lowest monthly rent in dollars, e.g. 1500. |
| `priceMax` | integer | No | Highest monthly rent in dollars, e.g. 3000. |
| `minBedrooms` | integer | No | Minimum number of bedrooms, e.g. 2. |
| `homeTypes` | array | No | Only these home types. Leave empty for all types. |
| `maxResults` | integer | No | How many rentals to return in total. Defaults to 100; use 0 for all. |

## Example

`?wait=true` holds the request open until the run finishes (up to 60s) and returns the rows inline: one request, no polling.

## Longer runs

If the run is still going at the 60s ceiling you get back `{ job_id, status: "running" }` instead of rows (same if the result is over 100 rows; those come back `truncated`). Poll with that `job_id`:
