# Gartner Peer Insights Reviews API

Extract Gartner Peer Insights software reviews for any product: star rating, title, review summary, date, reviewer role, industry and company size, newest first

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
|-----------|------|----------|-------------|
| `products` | array | Yes | Gartner Peer Insights product URLs, short form (https://www.gartner.com/reviews/product/crowdstrike-falcon) or the long market form that ends in /product/<product>. One per line. |
| `maxResults` | integer | No | How many reviews to return per product. Defaults to 50; use 0 for all. |
| `sortBy` | string | No | The order Gartner lists the reviews in before Max Results is applied. Newest first by default. |
| `reviewsNewerThan` | date | No | Only reviews published on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). Only used when Sort By is Newest first. |

## Example

`?wait=true` holds the request open until the run finishes (up to 60s) and returns the rows inline: one request, no polling.

## Longer runs

If the run is still going at the 60s ceiling you get back `{ job_id, status: "running" }` instead of rows (same if the result is over 100 rows; those come back `truncated`). Poll with that `job_id`:
