# App Store Keywords for an App

See every App Store search an app ranks for, with its position and monthly search volume. Enter a competitor's app to find which searches bring them installs, and which keywords to target yourself.

## Parameters

| Parameter | Type | Required | Description |
|-----------|------|----------|-------------|
| `apps` | array | Yes | App Store apps to look up: an apps.apple.com app URL or the numeric app ID (e.g. 324684580). One or more. |
| `country` | string | No | App Store country. Only United States is available for keyword data. Defaults to United States. |
| `maxRank` | integer | No | Only keywords where the app ranks at this position or better, e.g. 10 for the top 10. |
| `maxResults` | integer | No | How many keywords to return per app, highest search volume first. Defaults to 100; use 0 for all. |

## Example

`?wait=true` holds the request open until the run finishes (up to 60s) and returns the rows inline: one request, no polling.

## Longer runs

If the run is still going at the 60s ceiling you get back `{ job_id, status: "running" }` instead of rows (same if the result is over 100 rows; those come back `truncated`). Poll with that `job_id`:
